All the companies you list (tourism, cigars, baseball, GoCuba) aren't separate companies promoting various cultural issues. They are all the SAME company. <br /><br />Tour and Marketing International set up a convoluted network of over 50 subsidiaries in the British Virgin Islands in the 1990's and early 2000's. It appears to have been done as a way of laundering money on the internet directly back to the Cuban government.<br /><br />There are plenty of companies offering tourism to Cuba in the world that aren't sanctioned by OFAC. This ONE travel company (and its ridiculous number of aliases referring to baseball, cigars, etc.) was sanctioned by OFAC.
