I agree with the basic thrust of the point. His "responsibility" remarks remind me of paternalistic comments from the US telling its Latin American countries to "shape up" and "quit complaining". Its a little too easy for him to say these things and then blame all of Brazil's problems on outside factors.Kelbynoreply@blogger.com
