Bolivia's "proof"

Bizarre story from the AP (via the Miami Herald) about the “proof” that the U.S. is going to invade Bolivia by introducing soldiers disguised as students. The Bolivian government sent a six page document to news organizations, which is characterized as “amateurishly written” and “often incoherent.” They don’t provide a link, so I’d like to see it myself.

The sad thing is that the U.S. has conducted enough ludicrous covert operations that any world leader will think such a thing is possible.
