Webcams in Texas

Politicians come up with stupid stuff, but here's a doozy. Texas Governor Rick Perry wants to put webcams on the border with Mexico. Concerned citizens can then call a hotline if they spot someone trying to cross.

For some reason I can picture late night drunken calls from all over the country, "Dude, I swear I saw somebody in sector 2. Go check it out."
